Explored a medieval castle & archaeological museum nearby. Just a short stroll from a lovely beach. The free shuttle service was a touch - because walking in Greece is highly overrated, isn't it?
Who needs a comfortable bed anyway? I came here for the authentic Greek experience of sleeping on a rock.

The rooms at Gyrouli Studios are amazing! They have a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, port, and castle. You feel like you're in a movie every time you step out onto the balcony. Plus, the rooms are air-conditioned, so you stay cool and comfortable during the hot summer days.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the coffee machine in the room. I prefer to get my caffeine fix from a cute local café nearby.

La camera è pulita e accogliente, con un letto comodissimo e un balcone con sedie per godersi la vista. Il personale è cordiale e professionale, sempre disponibile a dare consigli e assistenza. La struttura è dotata di un giardino confortevole e una piscina idromassaggio per un completo relax.
Non offre molta privacy, a causa delle pareti sottili che permettono di sentire chiaramente le conversazioni degli altri ospiti.

gyrouli studios was a fantastic stay - beautiful views, comfy beds, and a perfect location with both the town and beach just minutes away. the highlight was seeing the traditional astypalaia house created by mrs. poppi, an amazing story worth hearing. a must-visit and support!
communication could be improved. had trouble reaching the owners upon arrival, resulting in a couple of hours of waiting.
